I am probably not the only one who thinks this but for the reset, trails should not interfere with regular game play, they should be simply cosmetic/visual. I noticed with the tumbleweed trail when a cactus does spawn from the ground its creates what is essentially a glitched block, similar to the effects of when you break a block holding sand or gravel and instead of falling, a glitched block forms, something you can't walk through since the game thinks something should be there. Similarly the Poseidon trail also interferes with game play because once activated it acts as water should and actually pushes you away. The disco trail just in general has a lot of issues. It turns slabs into full blocks and glitch's you into place until you fly off the slab. It will also turn heads torches levers and others into full blocks and again if you stand on it, you are stuck until you fly out.
